The house is shared with my mother and caregiver. She is in her mid-70s and a very friendly and positive energy. She was an artist in the 70s before she became a mother and housewife. The unit is on it's own floor and feels separate, with additional door locks. There is also another female tenant currently on the other side of the floor, but the layout creates ample space and division so sound never carries and everyone feels in their own "quarters." One bedroom has a beautiful nonworking fireplace. The house has charming 1930s details such as wood trimming throughout, high ceilings, and an original working fireplace in the downstairs livingroom. We have updated all the windows with triple layer glass for superior insulation, as well as HVAC central heat/ac units throughout.
