~ Laundromat is half a block away
~ Working stove, microwave, + oven
~ The restaurant we live above is delicious

General vibe:
~ We're all pretty independent, we go to work, we go home and chill
~ We treat the home as a space to rest and relax. We have a group chat that we are all communicative in.

~ 9x12 feet-ish, pentagon shaped
~ Closet
~ Large window
~ Heat/AC in-wall unit

Seeking someone who is:
~ Cleanly and responsible.
~ Communicative and courteous!
~ Has no pets, we already have a golden retriever.
~ Ideally someone 20s-30s

- First month + deposit (deposit is a month's rent)
- Lease takeover from Feb 1–Oct 1, then option for lease renewal
- Proof of income
- Landlord would do a security check + credit score check
- Guarantors welcome
- Landlord has a process for this so I don't have all of the details but I think this is it!
