This is a co-living situation, we would be in the apartment together, meaning i would also be present except for when i am at work which is around 11-8pm, so you must be comfortable with this arrangement, i am super chill about it, and ive done it before. (So if you take the bedroom for 1500 i would be out in the living room and will pay 800 or vice versa, up to you!

the apartment is so big I have made a second sleeping area out in the living room. The actual bedroom is HUGE, but this summer, I want to rent it out to an artsy chill girly who needs somewhere clean to stay for the summer!!) washer and dryer included in the apartment!

I am just looking for someone who is chill, laid back and won’t have a ton of people over. It’s a quiet, beautiful space with a lot of plants and i want this to be a chill space for a femme over the summer.

This is technically a 1 bedroom apartment but the apartment is very, very spacious and HUGE

NO PETS ALLOWED (there is already a cat in the apartment) SO MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH CATS.

BEDROOM WILL COME FURNISHED (there will be a mattress)

I am a quiet chill person who loves to read there is a cat in the house who is very sweet and friendly. We would be living in close proximity to each so I want to make sure we get along!
