This is a cozy & calming studio apartment nestled amongst the trees at the top of a hillside. It offers comfort, style, and tons of natural light. The sun-filled bedroom includes a queen bed, linens, a cabinet and closet. Living room space has a 55” mounted TV with access to Netflix & AppleTV. Living room table is also motorized if you prefer a standing desk to work from. Private deck right outside the front door with a picnic table & daybed. Plants require some water every 10 days, pretty minimal care needed.

The building is made up of 14 units, mostly standalone bungalows that ascend up a hillside. This unit is at the top so there are quite a few steps to get to it, but the privacy & nature makes it very worthwhile. It’s about 100 steps total. I can send a video showing the steps if you’re curious.
Building has on-site coin operated washer and dryer and easy street parking.

Great location in Echo Park / Elysian Heights. Quiet residential neighborhood but only a 5 minute drive to Silverlake reservoir, 5 minute drive to Whole Foods, 6 minute drive to Elysian Park, & a 10 minute drive to Sunset Junction in Silverlake. Easy access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Glendale & major freeways.

Callouts: I have a fan you can use if needed, but there is no central AC. Must be understanding of the quirks that come with a 100 year apartment surrounded by nature.

Rent includes wifi, water, power, gas.

Dates: Planning to travel for 4 weeks. Possibly flexible on return date.
