I’m looking to sublease my apartment in a boutique Brooklyn building. It’s a two story loft with a unique layout and an unheard of amount of space for a 1-bedroom. Timing is flexible but looking for at least a month.
The Space:
Layout: It’s a duplex with 16-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area and kitchen are on the main floor, and the bedroom is upstairs in the loft area.
Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms (one on each floor), which is rare for a 1-bedroom.
Kitchen: Modern setup with Bosch appliances, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer.
Storage: Great closet space, including a walk-in upstairs.
Central Air: Included
Building & Area:
10 unit building with a shared backyard/garden.
Located right where Carroll Gardens meets Gowanus.
Short walk to the Carroll St F/G station and Whole Foods.
Lots of great spots nearby and the shops on Smith & Court Street.
Terms & What’s Included: I’m trying to keep this simple for the subtenant, so the price is all-inclusive:
Utilities included: gas, wifi, water, and electricity.
Cleaning included: I'll have a professional cleaner come once a month; this is included in the monthly price to keep the place in good shape! If you absolutely do not want a cleaner, we can chat.
I'm a data engineer and I've lived in Brooklyn for 7 years! I love this neighborhood and I hope you will too. I am subleasing this apartment and can be around to help with anything that's needed.
