I’m subletting my beautiful apartment until November( but probably longer if you would like to stay) and am looking for someone who is clean and will take good care of the apartment while I’m away, please only contact if you can do the full time ( or longer) trying to avoid a lot of different renters🙏The apartment is right on the border of Clinton Hill and Bedstuy, 10 minute walk from Pratt. The apartment is on the top floor of a brownstone, you will have the entire floor to yourself, furnished apartment, huge bedroom with a spacious office( could be used as a second bedroom but there is no bed in there currently) AC units in both living room and bedroom. The living room faces a forest of trees and beautiful Brooklyn backyards while the bedroom faces a quiet neighborhood street.The apartment has two other floors with the most wonderful neighbors! Laundry is 2 minutes away around the corner and Myrtle willoughby G train is a 5 minute walk. Takes about 25 minutes to get into the city.no pets allowed and utilities included.
