Enjoy my lovely Bushwick apartment while I'm traveling Nov. 1 - Feb. 28 (4 months total). 2nd floor apartment in a small building (only 4 units) on a quiet block. Large bedroom sleeps 1-2 in a full-size bed. Smaller bedroom sleeps 1 in twin bed pull-out couch. Both rooms have desks if working from home.

Apartment comes furnished, hardwood & tiled floors, a big eat-in kitchen, and sun-drenched living room with smart TV and a record player for your enjoyment.

Super convenient location: 6 minute walk to the Jefferson L train subway stop. Citi-bike dock right on the corner. A wide variety restaurants, music venues and grocery stores are within walking distance. 2 blocks to Maria Hernandez Park. 1 block to Ocean Laundromat.

Heat is controlled in-unit.

I'm renting for 4 months, 3 months, or 2 months. Preference will be given to those who can stay the full 4 months.

For the whole 4 months: $11,200 ($2,800 per month)
For 3 months: $9,000 ($3,000 per month)
For 2 months: $6,400 ($3,200 per month)
