This is a unique subletting situation and I'm hoping there's someone out there who might be a good fit :)

I am looking to sublet my small bungalo style house for the spring of 2026. Dates are flexible. I'll be in graduate school upstate, living up there Monday-Friday and returning to the house most weekends.

The front space would be your main living space/bedroom, however you'd be welcome to use the kitchen, backyard, and small office room. You would have the whole property to yourself week days but I will be home on the weekends and sometimes returning Thursday evenings and leaving Sunday evening or Monday morning.
