I am seeking to sublet my bedroom that is part of a massive 4br, duplex apartment located in Prospect Heights, minutes away from Prospect Park and the Barclays Center. I'm seeking someone for 1 month.

The apartment is fully furnished and features a large, open floor living space downstairs, and all the bedrooms are located upstairs. There is in unit laundry, a large outdoor space with patio furniture and a grill, and the apartment is located in a small building that has just one other unit. I will be traveling time, but the other roommates are all people I've known since childhood (we're all native New Yorkers). There are also two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the kitchen features 12 foot kitchen island, modern amenities, and tons of storage space.
