The private bedroom is southwest facing with big windows so very warm in winter. The room is on the second floor and accessible via a wide wooden stairway. The room also has a desk, big sofa chair, full closet, shelving and a dresser. Windows on two sides provide ample late morning and afternoon sun.

The common spaces in the house are ample and well furnished. There is a full eat-in kitchen with dedicated pantry shelves and private fridge. A full bath with bathtub and Japanese bidet toilet. There is also an updated half bath. WiFi operates throughout the house.

On site laundry. The neighborhood as adequate street parking with once-a-week cleaning schedule. Back yard has a patio and is enclosed by a locked fence for bike parking.

The house is located in a convenient, tree-lined, & historic neighborhood with lots of single family homes. It less than 5 minutes walk to the Q & B lines and 12 minutes of pleasant walking to the F & G lines. 10 Minute bike ride to Brooklyn College. Lots of restaurants and shopping options within easy walking distance from the house. It's a block from the Parade Grounds and thus all of Prospect Park.
