About This Lister

I'm Ian (he/him), the lease holder and your potential flatmate. Im a 42 year old creative. I'm outgoing while also being very independent, Down to hang or let you do your thing. I value communication and common sense. I'm social but don't go out a ton, and if I do it's more often to the theatre than the bar.

I work from home recording auditions and coaching actors. My schedule is flexible i'm hoping to find someone to live here who's work schedule fits well with mine.

I'm not a neat freak, but I keep the place tidy, and I take pride in it feeling welcoming and clean. I ask anyone sharing it to care for it the same way.
