The bedroom has a queen bed and storage and is very quiet.

The apartment is very cozy, there are AC/heaters in each room. The neighborhood is vibrant & beautiful with a lot of cafes & restaurants and most subway lines at a 5min walking distance. Very close to Fort Greene Park and Prospect Park, & malls with Target, Best Buy near Barclays Center..

I am travelling which is the reason I'm subletting but I love this place dearly.

The other roommate (very sweet and great to live with!!) works in the film industry and is not always present at home so you might even have the whole place for yourself at times.

Count about 50$ for utilities.
