It is on the ground floor so you don’t need to carry luggage’s up and down the stairs. Quite block but with a tons of bars all a block away. Laundry store just a block away and a Supermarket 2 blocks away. Maria Hernandez park is 7 minute walk, as well as great restaurants and pizzerias, Short walk to M, J and L trains (about 8 minute walk and few stops away from the city)
Apartment includes a full size bed and a full size sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen free for you to use.
I will be on an off thought the month so just let me know of your days and we can take it from there. Ideal dates.

A quick what app call, a Sublet agreement and a small deposit is required depending how long you stay. Smoking in the building is prohibited. If you are a smoker please go outside to smoke. There are no parties allowed. This place is a better fit for someone who wants to use it as a comfortable nest while checking out New York. Deposits will be returned within 48 hours after checkout and after an inspection of the apartment
Pets Policy
Pets are welcomed, both cats and dogs. Owners are responsible for accidents or damage on the apartment and furniture.
