- Rent: $1,800/month + security deposit, internet and utilities split 50/50
- Move-in: October 1 to 15, earlier is better
- Room: Unfurnished, fits a full or queen bed and a small sofa
- Private entrance and bathroom
- Central heating and AC
- Location: 5-minute walk to Kosciuszko (J train), 7-minute walk to Central (M train), about 20–25 minutes to Manhattan
- Laundry: No in-unit; closest laundromat a few blocks away
- Neighborhood: Quiet and clean part of Bushwick, while still close to coffee shops, restaurants, popular bars, and nightlife.
- No pets, sorry. Building rules.

Looking for someone who:
• Is in their late 20s or older, with a stable income and financially responsible
• Keeps things tidy and treats the space with care: no dirty dishes in the sink, no scratches on floors or walls. The apartment is renovated, and we both want to avoid any drama with security deposits
• Doesn’t throw parties at home. Guests and small gatherings are fine, but the building is quiet, with older neighbors, and we want to avoid noise complaints
• Values honest and direct communication so we can stay on the same page
