Looking for a roommate in a large, conveniently located loft. I work from home during the day, so looking for someone who's out at least most of the daytime – full time/hybrid will be considered. Please let me know your schedule.

Most importantly looking for someone respectful and responsible. There are times I will be away, a friend might stay in my place some part of the time.

- November 1st - April 1st – may be flexible and may be open to part time ongoing
- Bonus if you’re good with plants
- There's a projector
- I take care of all utilities/house stuff and just add it to the rent to make things easy.
- Utilities usually run around $150 - $250/month (heat with high ceilings can make them run high)
- Room is long, but large with a large window facing the skyline (8' x 29’!)
- Washer/dryer in the building
- Rooftop with skyline view
- Tons of space/storage
- 3 story walk up
- Most things are very close: grocery, tons of cafes, bars, shops, very convenient neighborhood.
On Moore Street in Bushwick, 3 blocks from the Morgan L, 15 min to Manhattan. J and M are a 14 minute walk.
