ISO a roommate to join me in my 2-br Crown Heights apartment. It’s a solid little apartment with a washer/dryer, sunlit living room, and excellent proximity to the Kingston 3 train. Around the corner is Walgreens, The Corner Store (local coffee shop/cocktail bar, not the SoHo influencer hotspot), some adequate grocery stores, and Brower Park.

The bedroom on offer is large-ish, with two (!) closets and room for a queen bed. The apartment also has a third “bedroom” that I use as a sewing workspace.
