Hello! I'm looking for one person to take over my lease in a 4bd/2ba in Crown Heights, starting October 15 (flexible---you can move in between Oct 15 and Nov 1). Cross streets are Nostrand and Montgomery. The nearest station is the 2/5 at Sterling St., which is a five-minute walk away. It's also right off the B44.

The room is large and sunny. I currently fit a queen bed, two desks, and a dresser with room to spare. There's also a built-in closet.

The apartment has a spacious living room, a separate kitchen with dishwasher & gas stove, and two storage closets. It's on a third floor walkup, with one other unit in the building. We live right on top of a laundromat.

You'll be living with 3 working roommates and one older cat.

Management is quick to respond and based nearby.

The least term is until June 30, 2026, with option to renew. I've been living here for a year and a half, and my other roommate has lived here for 3 years--it's a great apartment! I'm moving out but staying in the neighborhood.
