My apartment is on the 4th floor of a WALK-UP building located near some of Bushwick's most popular bars and music venues.

The building has 2 washers / 2 dryers in the basement. There's also a rooftop conveniently located on the floor above.

Some features of my space include:
- 11 ft tall ceilings
- large desk with an ultra-wide monitor
- projector to watch movies/tv
- large kitchen island with gas oven/stove
- queen sized mattress
- smart lighting configured throughout the space

The closest subways include:
- M train (Central Ave station - 1 min walk away)
- L train (Dekalb Ave station - 10 min walk away)

Best of all, the rest of NYC is only a short commute away:
- Lower East Side (NYC) - 30 min subway
- East Village (NYC) - 30 min subway
- Greenpoint (BKN) - 30 min subway
- Williamsburg (BKN) - 15 min subway
- Long Island City (QNS) - 20 min uber

You'll have the whole apartment to yourself. I'm looking for a clean and considerate tenant who'll treat my home with the same respect that I do :)
