You will be living with a male in his late twenties working in consulting. Roomate prefers a quiet environment with minimal-occasional conversation or guests. Just 1 block from the J/M Flushing stop, 15-20 minutes to the city. Also access to citibike directly on our block. Many grocery stores, bars, clubs, book stores, thrift, etc walking distance. We require a cleanly, reasonable living mate who is okay with a cat, occasional music, and sharing the common areas with respect. Apartment has ample light and electric AC/heating. You will have access to the wifi.
