TLDR; King bed (different than pictured), Utilities included, strong WiFi, furnished, well equipped kitchen, bathtub, hardwood floors, exposed brick, stained glass, HDMI ready TV and additional computer monitor working and/or Netflix and chill, record player with great sound system, clean, tidy, towels, bedding provided, super quiet -- feels like you're in the country side.

The street is quiet and the surrounding blocks have awesome cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, grocery stores of all types.

There is a kitchen with a dining area, a workspace, a very comfortable sofa to lounge on. The bed has been described as "dreamy".. Hardwood floors throughout. It's on the 3rd floor of a Brownstone and has tall ceilings and big windows facing the gardens. You will have ample workspace. The bathroom has a full-size bathtub (a rarity in NY!).

The neighborhood is very well connected to get into Manhattan in just 15 minutes. 2 blocks to the C and 4 to the G
