We’re looking for a carpenter to join our small team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in craftsmanship and design.
This role involves crafting high-quality, custom frames for sofas, chairs, and other upholstered pieces.
Must be based in New Rochelle or available to travel to our workshop.
Qualities and Responsibilities:
- 2-3 years of minimum experience in frame making or woodworking.
- Self-motivated and eager to join a small business.
- Ability to follow design specs and measurements accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Reliable and professional.
- Basic shop maintenance and clean-up.
- Will be working directly with our master upholsterer and foreman, trained in furniture making.
