Located one short flight of stairs up on the parlor level of a classic brownstone, giving it high ceilings, amazing natural light, and so much character.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and countertop appliances. There’s a plush queen sized mattress in the bedroom, as well as a queen sized air mattress that can be inflated with extra linens in the wardrobe. You’ll have access to high speed wifi and a projector in the living room that is hooked up to AppleTV with plenty of streaming options.

If the weather is nice, enjoy our private outdoor patio with seating and a grill!

While there’s no central AC, there is a window AC unit installed in the living room that is remote controlled, as well as two large ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room that keep the apartment cool in the summer.

The apartment is maintained and kept very clean, but we do have a dog that sheds so you may see some stray pet hair.

This is a small building of only 5 apartments and we are close with our neighbors, so please be respectful of your noise in the early AM/late PM.

About the neighborhood:
The apartment is on a tree lined street with several nearby parks (Carrol Park, Cobble Hill Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Prospect Park).
Close to Court St and Smith St which is full of popular restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops.
3 minute walk to Citibike docks
7 minute walk to the F/G subway line (15-20 minute ride into Manhattan)
7 minute walk to the B57 and B61
