We are professionals in the art world so we welcome creative folks, multi- generational and chosen families, some pets (subject to approval). Priority given to fun loving, generous and friendly-to-all-folks folks. Surrounded by farms. Daily bus from NYC to nearby village (5 miles away). 1 hour drive west of Hudson, NY Amtrak station. Mine kill State Park (10 mins), Cooperstown and Olana (45 mins).
Art world professionals with a miniature schnauzer. We enjoy museums, skiing, modern design, and historic restoration. We don’t smoke. Our house is free and clear of clutter.

We are animal lovers! Please tell us about your pets and we will do our best to accommodate them. Preference given to non-shedding breeds, that are house trained. There is a pet fee of $50 per stay. Additional fees (and/or deposits) may be required if deemed necessary given the number and type of breed.
