Our lovely, centrally located 1-bedroom, 1-bath is available for October.
Bright & spacious apartment on first floor of four-plex house. You will have the entire apartment to yourself with shared outdoor communal spaces. Easy access to public transit, 15-minute drive to downtown, and within walking distance of some of the best eats and shops in the city.
The apartment features a nice sized one-bedroom with king bed and attached bath, a galley style fully-equipped kitchen, large living room with projector, and a dining area that we also use as a shared office. There’s a small washer and dryer but no dishwasher.
Outdoor spaces are communal and include a huge front deck with patio seating and a nearly fenced in back yard with a fire pit.
There is free street parking directly in front of the house. We also have one bike available to use if you’re interested.

$150 cleaning fee
1-month commitment is preferred; however, weekly commitments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No pets (although we love them!)
