I’m looking for someone to sublet my apartment for February 1–28, 2026 while I’m away. The place is cozy, clean, and in a great location in near Columbia University and Central Park.

Hi! I’m Dre (he/him), and I’m the current tenant here. I’m posting this sublet because I’ll be away in February and want someone who’ll treat the space with care. I don’t live onsite while subletting, but I’ll be your direct contact for anything you need.

Who I Am & What I Love
By day (and often by night), I’m an Executive Producer, leading creative teams across continents. Storytelling is my jam. I also geek out on architecture (Calatrava, Le Corbusier, Gehry), fall off pull-up bars doing CrossFit, and binge anything from Warhol films to Aronofsky.

I’m a bit of a neat freak — I believe in clean surfaces, plants, good light, and zero random clutter (but I’m forgiving of lived-in quirks). I value communication, respect, and mutual trust.

My Relationship with the Space & You
The apartment is my home, so I know its quirks — the thermostat might be finicky, the windows have character, the light shifts beautifully in the afternoon. I’ll share that fully. I’ll be your contact person: any issue, question, or idea — I’ve got you.

The landlord and neighbors know me (good rapport), and I’ve always honored the vibe of the building. You won’t be stepping into a chaotic rental — I’ll make sure everything is clear, secure, and as welcoming as possible.
