With south or west facing windows in all rooms, this apartment gets great light throughout.

- 3rd floor of an elevator building with steps and a ramp out front, but I wouldn't recommend for someone who would rely on a working elevator as it's not always reliable.

This location is wonderful, I love walking around the neighborhood.
- close to a C Town grocery store, and there are more grocery stores on Cortelyou Ave & Foster Ave
- 4 min walk to Newkirk Plaza which has some great spots for food, a pharmacy, and a 10 min walk to Cortelyou Rd
- multiple laundromats nearby

Seeking a considerate subletter who will show as much care to the apartment and keep it as clean (or cleaner!) as I do.

I'm flexible within the listed dates, and open to pro-rating, but can't extend. I will prioritize subletters who want to stay for the full time.
