I’m subletting my studio from December 12th to January 4th. The location is super convenient — just a 3-minute walk to the G train — and you’re surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars, with easy access to Clinton Hill and Crown Heights. There’s also a lovely park nearby, perfect for morning walks or a quiet moment outside.

The apartment is on the first floor of a big factory-turned-building with handy amenities like a small gym, laundry room, mail room, lounge, and a shared rooftop. The whole building is very sturdy with thick walls, so the space feels private, quiet, and extra warm in the winter.

It’s fully furnished with an elevated touch — all my pieces I’ve collected carefully over time. The kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably including: a rice cooker, microwave, oven, a blender and more. I usually hand-wash my dishes, but there is a dishwasher if that’s more your vibe. The space also has a TV, high speed wi-fi for the WFH folks, a record player, humidifier, and plenty of books and magazines to parooze. Between the high ceilings, ambient lighting, and vintage sound system, it’s really the perfect place to unwind and get cozy.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful person who will take good care of the space while I’m out of the country for the holidays. I’ve put a lot of time into making this a home I really love — and I hope you’ll enjoy it just as much.

Ideally looking for someone who is willing to rent the full three weeks :)
