The apartment has original restored hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Afternoon light pours through the front windows. The quiet bedroom faces the backyard so that when you wake up, it feels like you’re in the forest!

The apartment door opens directly into the open kitchen, which has lots of counter and cabinet space. The large south facing living room faces the street. The bedroom is in the rear of the apartment and looks out into the backyard. The backyard is lush and green during the summer and glistening with peaceful snow in the winter.

There are a few steps on the front stoop.

I travel during the winter months and am looking for a reliable and responsible person or couple to sublet my apartment while I’m away.

The building has three floors, please respect the upstairs neighbors. No loud parties please! Packages can be delivered and can be left safely in the front vestibule. Would be happy to give you a tour of the apartment in person so you can check it out before making a commitment.
