- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and new blackout curtains, spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, a height-adjustable desk with an ergonomic office chair, a small hallway, and a full bathroom with both shower and bathtub.
- The apartment also includes a terrace with stunning city views and sunsets.
- It’s located in a charming and peaceful 7-unit building. Shared washer and dryer are located in the garage. Best neighbors!

Prime Location and Neighborhood:
- Nestled in the hills of Silver Lake, on a quiet side street within walking distance to Sunset Blvd and the buzzing Silver Lake strip - cafés, bars, restaurants, shops, and the farmers market are all just a stone’s throw away.
- Only 5 minutes by car to the beautiful Silver Lake Reservoir with its pretty meadow park and recreational jogging path, plus easy access to freeways leading to Hollywood, Burbank, Downtown, and the beach cities.
- World-class hiking trails in Griffith Park are just a short drive away, along with so much more of what LA has to offer.
- Plenty of street parking

About This Lister

I work in the film industry and am originally from Germany, though Los Angeles now feels like home. I spent part of my childhood in West Africa, which has inspired some of the decor :) I'll be spending some time in Europe and am looking for someone lovely to enjoy my space while I'm away.
