The apartment features a full kitchen, a comfortable living area, dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, and direct access to a private outdoor patio — perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

You'll be just steps from Fort Greene Park and surrounded by some of Brooklyn's best restaurants, cafés, and shops.

There's a CitiBike dock right outside to make getting around easy.

The space is bright and very quiet.

I will be traveling in and out of the city for lots of the summer - so happy to make your dates work!

I’m originally from Santa Barbara, California, but have called New York City home for the past nine years after coming here for college. I travel back and forth between California and NYC for work. I’m the tenant of the apartment — it’s the garden-level unit of a family’s home, and I have a great relationship with them; they’re wonderful and respectful neighbors.
