I'm subletting a room in my prewar two-bedroom apartment in Windsor Terrace.

The apartment is on a quiet, tree-lined street in a small, friendly building just a few minutes’ walk from Prospect Park and the F train. There’s great natural light, high ceilings, and original details throughout. A laundromat is just a block away, and there's a playground around the corner. Windsor Terrace is a charming residential neighborhood with coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby, and easy access to Park Slope and Kensington.

Comfortable and calm private room with a twin bed and empty dresser, in cozy apartment shared with me and my nine-year-old son (who is here half of the time). Our home is clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, creative feel. We'll share a bathroom (with a tub/shower combo). You're welcome to use the kitchen and to make yourself at home.

- $500/weekly
- monthly stays possible (and the whole apartment possible to rent in July/August)
