I've lived with many roommates in many international cities. I value friendliness, cleanliness, and respect among the most important qualities for a roommate. Obviously open to have fun in between all this and, on occasion, go out and party.

I manage construction projects in NYC. My projects range from parks, roads, bridges, buildings, and flood walls for the City of New York.

I'm flexible to changing or buying new furniture to adapt the apartment layout with the new roommate.

Roommate would pay half rent $1,495 ($2,990/month rent).
Wifi, gas, and electricity $70-120/month per person (seasonal).

Upon moving in:
- First Month’s Rent
- 1 Month Security Deposit (will be returned upon moving out depending on condition of bedroom)

Ideal roommate:
Minimum 5-month sublet
Preference 7-month sublet
Open to a 1 year renewal on Dec 1 (my lease renews with landlord)

Note: Unfortunately, landlord does not allow pets.
