Subletting my room in Bedstuy!

Flexible dates but looking at March 23rd till May 17th

Rent is $1300 including utilities

We’re on the top floor of a two story building (read: skylights!!!), have a newly renovated kitchen and have had the apartment “in the family” for nearly a decade. The room has a large closet, queen size bed, a TV, a desk, and a separate door for access to the shared bathroom (primary bedroom!). Roommates are two women in their early thirties who work out of the house. We are a good mix of introverted/extroverted, have a drug free home (no in home smoking) and we don't bring the party home. We have an unusually large living space so low key gatherings are v welcome! We are a collaborative household and take care of common areas regularly. We’re off the G train with close access to both Williamsburg and Clinton Hill areas. Would love to live with another woman or NB person. Queer friendly:)
