The place is different than a regular apartment as it is literally an artist studio artist with me being the artist. Many artworks are displayed throughout the house. And the ground floor is literally my art studio lab. And it’s fine for guests to hang out in the studio living room area. And movies are free via prime video projection in the living area.
I bake break about twice monthly. I'm happy to share.

Due to the potential multiple guests shared nature of the home, it’s not the best place for those seeking a privacy shack pad with girlfriends and/or boyfriends or frequent guest party occupants.

This room is best suited for renters in transition seeking either a month-to-month, or week-to-week rental in an vacation rental home.
vacation rental short term renters will be renting two of the four rooms on and off.
The available room is my private guest room in the rear of the house next to my own room which I will seldom be there unless I have a special guest.

Most vacation rental guests are transient non-homebody tourist guests. So the home traffic should be light.
There are boundary house rules for the vacation rental guests. Some of which may apply to the longer term renter. This can be discussed if interested.
