Looking for someone to sublease my room in this two-floor loft style apartment located right off McCarren Park, option to extend after July.

Dates are 5/2 to 7/31 (with option to extend).

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk up with only two other apartments on the floor and is conveniently located next to McCarren Park as well as local coffee shops, incredible restaurants, and a short walk to the waterfront.

The place is a 2 bed 1 bath and has an in-unit washer dryer, dishwasher, individual temperature controlled HVAC units in each room, as well as public roof and backyard access.

Your room would be on the second floor facing the courtyard, which gets a ton of natural light, and has a good size closet and a view of the skyline. I'm happy to provide a mattress and bedframe if needed. You're also welcome to move your own furniture in (I can move the mattress and bedframe out if you'd like).

The apartment is located close (about a 10 minute walk) to the L and G trains. It usually takes me about 20 minutes to get to Manhattan door to door.

My roommate, who will be living in the other room of the apartment, is a friendly 29 year old Male who mostly keeps to himself. I've known him for over 20 years and can vouch that he's a good dude. He works a regular 9-5 and is happy to spark up a conversation or give you space when cooking or recharging. While at home he usually spends time in his room so it often feels like you're living by yourself!

Dogs and Cats are welcome. If you decide to move in I'll work with management to get you on the lease so you can pay your portion of the rent through their portal, which would be $2,200/mo plus utilities (usually another $100). This will also allow you to easily extend the lease if desired.
