We’re looking for someone to sublet our apartment while we are out of town November 10-28.

We have a garden level apartment in the heart of Bed Stuy, a 5 min walk from the A/C train at Nostrand. We have a spacious living area with access to many streaming services on our TV, a dining table/breakfast nook where you can eat or work, a kitchen with marble countertops and stool seating, stainless steel appliances and dishwasher, in unit laundry, bedroom with great natural light and queen bed, dedicated office and work space that opens onto the very large private backyard and patio with a gas grill, oversized chaise lounge chair, and fire pit.

Rent includes all utilities and Wifi.
While you’re here, you can use our Cuisinart, cordless Dyson vac, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, Sonos, and record player.

Area is nearby Tompkins Ave which has a lot of great restaurants and shops. Grocery store on Tompkins is a 2 minute walk from apartment. You’re about a 30 min ride from Manhattan door to door.

Please note that we have a cat and ask if you stay that you please feed her daily (leaving a bowl of dry food out for her to graze on at all times) and cleaning her litter box if it gets too full. She is quite shy and honestly you likely won’t see her much because she’ll be hiding under a bed or in a closet.
