Hi! I’m the current leaseholder and resident of this apartment at 101 Bedford. I absolutely love living here—the building’s amenities, the location right by McCarren Park, and the neighborhood’s energy make it a fantastic place to call home.

I’ll be away for a period of time and am looking for a responsible subtenant who will enjoy the space as much as I do. The apartment is fully furnished and set up for both comfort and productivity, and I’m happy to share tips about the building, the amenities, and all my favorite local spots.
