Nestled on a quiet street for a busy neighborhood, this apartment is a secret gem in terms of location and space. It has tons of natural light, the building is quiet, and when you walk out you're in one of the best neighborhoods in the city – centrally located between 1st and 2nd Ave. you can walk to multiple trains and easy walks to other great neighborhoods!

The unit is a full half floor apt (railroad style) making it spacious, flexible and private on a 4th floor walk-up – creating a full separation should you be with your partner and need to work in a separate room or if you just need to mix it up.

You enter the North side of the apartment (softer light and ultra quiet) – walking into a full kitchen/dining area where you can sit at the table and work or enjoy a nice dinner. Then you walk through two smaller rooms, one is a walk-in closet and the other is a serene bedroom with queen-sized mattress. You end at the South side of the unit (bright sunlight and street facing) entering a large living room — this is the chilling spot, where you can unwind, veg out with a big TV or work at the desk/workspace during the day.

- Cleaning: Miele vacuum, cleaning supplies provided
- Closet: Steamer (if you need it), tons of hanging and shelf space and large floor length mirror - I turned one small room into a walk-in closet
- Workspace: dedicated desk in living room, but kitchen table is also big and spacious (I like to switch it up)
- Family-run laundromat and wash & fold service right downstairs!
- Personal items: Note, there are some stored in upper shelf of walk-in closet, & spices, dishes in cabinets.

This apartment is my home. So the key rule would be: treat the place with respect. It’s a “local” building on a community-minded street in the East Village, I love my neighbors and want to show them the consideration they show me.

I love this part of the East Village because it’s nuzzled between LES, Soho, Noho and Alphabet City, you can literally walk everywhere.
