I am renting a fully detached 1 bedroom 1 bathroom house. The house has a kitchen, living room, bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom and laundry room, as well as a private backyard, only accessible from the house.

The neighborhood (Frogtown / Elysian Valley) is very walkable, with lots of cafés, ice cream shops and restaurants 5 minutes walking distance, as well as 5 minutes away from the gorgeous bike path along the Los Angeles River!

All the utilities (power, water, gas, internet) are included in the rent.

Frogtown is also a 10 minute drive from reknowned neighborhoods Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, Chinatown, Little Tokyo and downtown LA.

One of the few 24/7 CVS pharmacies is just 4 minutes away by car, and is right next to a Whole Foods Market.
