I'm subletting my gorgeous room and bath in Greenpoint. The apartment is brand new with full amenities, including a washer and dryer in your own bathroom, dishwasher, AC in all spaces, etc... It's a charming three-story walk-up, and we're on the second floor.

Our neighborhood is the absolute cutest! We're right by McGolrick Park and just a few minutes from McCarren Park and the G train, with tons of adorable and hip cafes and restaurants nearby. If you're looking for a serene place to spend the first month of the new year, where you can wake up to the sound of birds chirping, grab your coffee, and head to the park, this is the place for you! Plus, we have a lovely little backyard where you can chill and hang out with friends.
