Need a place to stay in Los Angeles the third week of September? I will be out of town and have a delightful and large studio in one of the historic old apartment buildings that line Wilshire Blvd in Koreatown. A relic from when the street was referred to as "the fifth avenue of the west", the second floor studio comes with elevator, washer & dryer and gym access, a pool in the courtyard and is walking distance from some of Los Angeles' most celebrated restaurants. It is also one of the few places where public transport makes sense in LA, being just a few blocks walk from both the red and purple subway lines at Vermont / Wilshire, which will get you to DTLA, Los Feliz or Hollywood in under twenty minutes.
I'm a filmmaker, author and motion picture producer, once a studio executive, who is now partnered with a major American film director in a production company. Pretty typical hollywood story in some respects, totally atypical in others.
Willing to be thoroughly vetted and sit for a twenty minute zoom conversation so I can easily ascertain you are not a con-artist... unfortunately I have had professionals squatters attempt to take the place on before.
Pay for the week ($1,200) up front via venmo + 1/2 week deposit ($600). I will, upon return and property walkthrough with the guest, send back the $600 deposit.
