The space is a light-filled second-floor apartment in the center of Red Hook, Brooklyn--surrounded by tons of cafés, boutiques, restaurants, workout studios, and cultural events.

The apartment is newly furnished with warm lighting and comes equipped with a washer-dryer and dishwasher. There is ample closet and storage space as well as a large stone walk-in shower. A sliding door separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment, and there's a TV in the bedroom with access to all the streaming services.

There's only one other tenant on the floor and the apartment is very quiet despite being on one of the best streets of Red Hook.

I am spending more time at my partner's house, but I love this space and neighborhood so much that I'm not ready to let it go. So I'm looking for someone to enjoy the space when I'm not there.
