The house has three bedrooms, two of which have queen sized beds and the other with twin sized bunk beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, air fryer, stove, microwave, and an espresso machine.

Downstairs you'll find an ample finished basement with the TV room and a couch that'll sit your whole party comfortably. There's a desk with a dual monitor set up for you to comfortably work remotely--if you *really* have to.

The backyard has a pool, a seating area, a grill, and ample space to run around and play.

The house is a short 3 minute walk to your own private beach on the Long Island Sound.

The North Fork is renowned for its 40+ vineyards, offering you the perfect opportunity to explore award-winning wineries. A quick drive brings you to Greenport, a quaint town with plenty of shops, restaurants and things to do. Drive the other way and you'll reach Orient, where you can discover historic landmarks, breathtaking nature trails, and beautiful views of the Sound and Peconic Bay.
