I'm a singer and recording artist. I love this space cause it feels like a really great setting for both creativity and/or comfort. It has an old quaint charm, beautiful wooden floors, charming sunroom overlooking the backyard. I can unwind and snug up to a book in the candlelight or sit at my piano or desk and dive into a project. I will be out of town recording and looking for someone to enjoy this lovely space with a lot of care and consideration while I'm away. I have wonderful neighbors. The building is just 4 apartments.
