Enjoy staying in a quintessential Pre-War Building in prime Crown Heights a block away from bustling Franklin Ave, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, and Prospect Park.

The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen + dining area with a lot of charm, exposed brick, and plenty of natural light. Washer & Dryer as well as Dishwasher in-unit too!

The apartment comes furnished - as seen in the photos - and I would like to find someone responsible to enjoy & take care of the place (and my plants) while I'm gone.

I tried to display most on the art but I really I love the space. The living room/kitchen area is one large open room. The kitchen comes with a gas stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, skillet, seasonings etc. Great for someone who cooks often.
There's a dining table that can easily fit 4 people.
I work from home and if you're looking to get work done, in the living room is an office set-up with adjustable standing (or sitting) desk & 29" screen.
The living room area has a large TV and extra deep West Elm sofa for maximum coziness.

Enjoy the neighborhood conveniences and amenities of Crown Heights: from the Franklin Ave cafes, restaurant scene, various bars (I have recommendations I can share too), all close proximity to the 2, 3, 4, 5 subways (get to 14th st Union Square on the 4/5 in about 25m). About 10m walk to A, C.

I really love this place, and am hoping to find someone who I can entrust it with while I'm away. Dates are fairly flexible but I have a preference for the full 12 days. A good fit is important to me.

50% of the cost of your total stay upfront.

Ideally I would like to meet the potential renter in-person. If that's not possible, we can set up a zoom call. I just want to be sure I have a good feeling about whoever's moving in. A good feeling for both parties is key.

Lastly, I want to have a quick written agreement about all the details we can both sign.
