I’m subletting my cozy one-bedroom apartment in Fort Greene from December 10th to December 24th. It’s a small but functional space on the second floor of a classic Brooklyn townhouse, just around the corner from Fort Greene Park. The apartment gets amazing morning light through tall east-facing windows, has high ceilings, a good amount of closet space, and in-unit A/C.

It’s close to just about every train you’d need - C, G, 4, 5, 2, 3, R, D, Q, N - so getting around is super easy. Rent is $1,600, including all utilities. There are also a few low-maintenance plants in the apartment that I’d appreciate you taking care of during your stay.
