Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my one bedroom artist's bungalow for a discounted price while I visit family in Europe this spring. It's available for monthly or short-term stays. My place is a bright, bungalow-style duplex apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Pasadena near Bungalow Heaven and a 10 minute drive from Old Town. There is wifi, laundry outside, heating + AC, a baby grand piano, and a book collection that you are free to use. I also have a patio with a table where I love to drink my morning coffee and take in the LA sun. There is street parking that requires a short-term permit or you can possibly use my driveway if we discuss.

My home is light-filled and peaceful, and the neighborhood is very quiet. I work from home and I like my place to feel like my artist sanctuary. I keep it tidy and functional. I'd love to find a subletter(s) who will take good care of it and also enjoy the piano and books!

My home is also walking distance from cafes, restaurants, and bookstores. It's a short drive from beautiful hikes, the Rose Bowl, and Old Town Pasadena where there is shopping, restaurants and bars, etc. Happy to give recommendations and share my favorite spots!
