The sunny, plant-filled apartment of two designer lovers, in a small building in a wonderful location in Park Slope—across the street from one of Brooklyn’s iconic bakeries (WINNER), two blocks from the F/G subway stop, and a short walk over to Prospect Park.
Our prewar apartment is full of many charming touches, from the molding on the walls to the clawfoot bathtub. With east-facing windows, the apartment gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, just ask our many happy plants. There is a home office with a desk you are welcome to use. (We have rearranged some things since taking the photos btw.)
7th Ave is bustling by day and quiet by night, with everything you should need just a short walk away, including a grocery store just downstairs. There are just 6 units in the building, so everyone is friendly and respectful. Since we're on the top floor, we don't hear our neighbors, but we're careful not to stomp around :)
Note: as a prewar building this is 4th floor walk up with no elevator and no dishwasher or laundry.
Sorry, we cannot allow pets.
Hi, we're Nicole and Maxwell. She works in healthcare and real estate in Brooklyn; he's a graphic designer. We love all things design and architecture and travel. We have lived in the apartment for 3+ years.
We keep a neat space and ask our sublettor to respect our things. We will require full payment upfront plus a $250 security deposit to be returned after your stay. We will ask to meet over video call beforehand so we can get to know you and show you around the space.
