We’re subletting a room in our charming 2-bedroom brownstone apartment in Bed-Stuy, just two blocks from Herbert Von King Park.

This is a shared apartment with my partner and me. The second bedroom is our room, and you’ll have the largest bedroom in the apartment. It features a queen-size bed, beautiful natural light, high ceilings, and a small desk (by request) if you need to work from home. The bathroom is shared.

The apartment is the parlor level of a renovated brownstone with a Mediterranean, clean aesthetic. It’s design forward but warm and comfortable. There’s an in unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and windows in the living room and both bedrooms that bring in great light throughout the day.

You’re welcome to use the kitchen and all of our cooking essentials. I make coffee every morning for our guests, and we love creating a home that feels welcoming and easy to settle into. The apartment is cleaned weekly and fresh linens are provided.

The neighborhood is vibrant, with tons of cute restaurants, coffee shops, and local spots within walking distance. We’re also conveniently close to the G and JM trains, making it easy to get around the city.

All utilities are included in the rent.
