The studio is near des historique Palais Royal neighborhood, so you can visite all the cover passages (like passage Vivienne), and you are at 2 minutes to famous rue Montorgueil & rue du Nil, where you can find the excellent restaurants, bars and grocery stores.
There is a really good boulangerie in front of the building, and also a brunch place.
You can reach to most historical monuments, museums (10 min to Louvre), art places (bourse de commerce Pinaud collection) and stores by walk. Two national library's are also near by (INHA & BNF Richelieu)
This is a 31 meter studio with a mezzanin, where there is a 120 x 180 bed. The appartement is well equipped : dish washer, coffee and tea maker, oven, micro wave, washing machine, screen (no tv) and wifi.
